FAQs

Q?

Why the Melbourne Marathon?

A.

It all started with a conversation with a very close couple who ran the marathon last year. It went something like:

Me: I reckon I could push 42km

Them: Well go on then!!

Me: Ok I will!!

The next day I registered for the Melbourne Marathon 2018.

Q?

Are you available to come and do a ‘Dale Talk’?

A.

Booking me for a 'Dale Talk' (a simple play on 'Ted Talk') is a very straight forward process. Click the contact me tab and drop me an email with the date, time and topic you'd prefer to have me and I'll confirm availability.

Q?

Do you charge for coming and speaking? If so how much?

A.

In short it all depends. Determining factors include what topics, duration, distance to venue, type of organisation etc. Again the best way to get a better idea regarding costs click the contact me tab and drop me an email or give me a buzz on the mobile.

Q?

What size crowds are you comfortable speaking to?

A.

The size of the crowd does not matter to me at all. I'll speak to a handful and a stadium - just the opportunity to share is what I love.

Q?

How do we book you for an event?

A.

The easiest way to book me for an event is to drop me a date and time in the contact me form. As soon as I have received it I'll check my calendar and get back to you as soon as possible.

Q?

Do you travel interstate and international?

A.

The short answer is Yes - The long answer is, it takes a lot of planning so please make sure that you give me plenty of time to be able to arrange all the necessary items.

Q?

What do you do when you’re not speaking somewhere?

A.

Generally you'll find me running my business and trying to come up with great and new gadgets and concepts to assist people with disability. For more information about my business check out ASN. I'm also very heavily involved my local church.
